    Third Year Project

    Finally found a supervisor for my [amazing] third year project, with 1 day left before the deadline. It could have been a lot worst. I could have been married off to someone I don’t like (thanks Dr Matthews) and being forced to work on a project that I have no interest in. 

    I don’t really understand where all the other professors are when I need them. I send them emails without ever getting a reply back, yet on their personal profile pages they explicitly mention “Please drop us an email to make an appointment”. I always thought a time had to be agreed between two people to make an appointment.

    Maybe next time I’ll send an email off explicitly stating “I will be dropping by on Tuesday at 10AM for a chat about my project, please be there”.
