My Latest Acquisition...
It’s a 7” tablet running Android 2.1. One can say it’s a iPad clone, but it doesn’t really rip off the Apple design. None of the sleek curves for one thing. It’s got a metal frame about 3/4 of an inch thick and the front and back are made of plastic. Very rectangular. UKRail app to be taken off Android Market
In short - received a nice letter from Mr Parlour of National Rail Enquiries, asking me to remove my application from the Market as I have been using NRE data without a licence. There is no commercial earnings on my part - I wrote UKRail for the sole purpose of making rail enquiries on Android a lot simpler and easier for travellers and commuters. I cringe whenever I look at stuff I wrote a few months back, because it looks exactly like my room: a constant mess. With comments nested in between the mess. Sort of like all the useful things I find between all the shit I horde.
